About the absurd tutelage of Britney Spears that I speak here from Brazil, I'm a recent Bachelor of Law from Unisersity Prebiterian Mackenzie, where we have American roots, so it's about international laws that go beyond the American ones, and violate internationally, where we're seeing that the Court plays blind, we don't know why, I give all the guidelines and manifestos, laws for this protection and this process to be revoked immediately! Before it generates worse consequences even on the American stock exchanges, risk the country, as justice is drastically sinning with the biggest American star of the 2000s and being destroyed by American law itself! Or lack of herself!
So come on, I don't need to understand much about American Law, the arguments are very heavy!!!! What in the American Federal Constitution,

AMENDMENT XIII

Section 1

There shall be, in the United States or anywhere subject to its jurisdiction, neither slavery nor forced labor, except as punishment for a crime for which the defendant has been duly convicted.

(Britney is forced to do countless shows without any breaks, proven, with fevers, illness and star, exhaustion, depression, anxiety, in other words, pure slavery since 2007! Article 3

Every human being has the right to life, freedom and personal safety. (I was forced to put on a diu, they won't let me marry my boyfriend)

They realize that all abuses to Britney's body, her morals, psyche, feelings, honor, all violations are aimed at keeping the father's insane will, and it seems that to keep this money to continue paying everyone involved!

After all, what judge in the world keeps such slavery??? Where does the guardian spend even more money, leaving the drugged, sick, powerless body??? Just a report put by surprise by the father, who all have proof that he does not have a lawful conduct with his daughter, and because of that this guardianship was accepted. It's pretty weird right? Until when will she finance this bunch of bums !!! Haters!!! The burden of proof is now on the Court! Was always!!!!

Sobre a absurda tutela de Britney Spears que eu aqui falo do Brasil, sou recente Bacharel em Direito pela Unisersity Prebiterian Mackenzie, onde temos raízes americanas, então tratando se de Leis internacionais que estrapolam até às americanas, e, violam internacionalmente, onde estamos vendo que o Tribunal se faz de cego, não sabemos porque, dou todas as diretrizes e manifestos, leis para essa tutela e esse processo ser revogado de imediato! Antes que gere consequências piores até nas bolsas americanas, risco do país, pois a justiça está pecando drasticamente com a maior estrela americana dos anos 2000 e sendo destruída pela própria lei americana! Ou falta dela mesma!

Então Vamos lá, não preciso entender muito de Direito americano, os argumentos são pesadíssimos!!!! O que na Constituição Federal Americana,

EMENDA XIII

Seção 1

Não haverá, nos Estados Unidos ou em qualquer lugar sujeito a sua jurisdição, nem escravidão, nem trabalhos forçados, salvo como punição de um crime pelo qual o réu tenha sido devidamente condenado.

(Britney é forçadamente à fazer inúmeros shows sem pausa alguma, comprovados, com febres, mal e star, exaustão, depressão, ansiedade, ou seja, escravidão pura desde 2007! Ah, mas perai, como ela faz tanto show assim Vossas Excelências, se ela é tão doente, mas tão doente, então como o pai fecha altos contratos milionários e tem tanta gravadora, empresários por trás dela? Nossa, como isso é estranho, e mais estranho é o tribunal fazer vistas grossas??) - Aqui Temos o ponto crucial de revogação imediata da tutela de escravidão, trabalhos forçados, através da Constituição e pelos direitos humanos!

Todas as pessoas nascidas ou naturalizadas nos Estados Unidos e sujeitas a sua jurisdição são cidadãos dos Estados Unidos e do Estado onde tiver residência, Nenhum Estado poderá fazer ou executar leis restringindo os privilégios ou as imunidades dos cidadãos dos Estados Unidos; nem poderá privar qualquer pessoa de sua vida, liberdade, ou bens sem processo legal, ou negar a qualquer pessoa sob sua jurisdição a igual proteção das leis.

(Qual foi o devido processo legal por parte de Britney? Oq foi acolhido em mais de uma década por parte dos pedidos dela? Cadê a balança do direito? E qual foi a proteção dada à Britney para essa tutela dada ao país? Sob qual argumento? À beneficiou? Violou seu direito de ir e vir, não saia mais desacompanhada, escolhiam seu namorado, era dopanha constantemente,...basta ver em seu rosto…

Uma tutela é para um guardião proteger o tutelado que está incapaz de raciocinar..

Certo? Que eu me lembre tudo começou pq ela queria vender a sua mansão, apenas isso, então porque a tutela não foi muito bem analisada? Porque não foi investigada à fundo quem estaria apto realmente à cuidar dos bens e da carreira dela? Quem era que realmente gostava de verdade de Britney? Como sua mãe, ou a amiga da mãe que foi quem ficou do lado dela no começo da carreira… mas aí o juiz estranhamente dá a tutela ao pai, o metrô familiar que já era suspeito e já tinha a fama de querer saber só do dinheiro da própria filha? Esse tribunal, esse julgamento , essa tutela que se arrasta por 14 anos! É a vergonha americana! A maior princesa do pop sendo destruída pela própria justiça americana, pois na lei americana ela é a cidadã muito sã na hora de recolher os impostos da sua fortuna,.mas não recebe oque é seu de direito, a proteção do estado , seus direitos fundamentais, direitos humanos, direitos internacionais que estão sendo violados sem amparo na própria lei americana! Que deve agora ser revogada! E a escolha é de Britney quem será seu tutor, não existe tutela que mande no seu corpo, no seu direito de ter filho ou não, ela apenas tem um transtorno bipolar como metade do globo, assim como eu, é plenamente capaz, precisa parar de ser intoxicada, pois esse Tribunal está querendo matar Britney Spears!

Ninguém será mantido em escravidão ou servidão; a escravidão e o tráfico de escravos serão proibidos em todas as suas formas.( Sou forçada a trabalhar sempre, fazer os shows)

Ninguém será submetido à tortura, nem a tratamento ou castigo cruel, desumano ou degradante. ( ...eles me dão litium , me forçaram à se internar)..

Todos são iguais perante a lei e têm direito, sem qualquer distinção, a igual proteção da lei. Todos têm direito a igual proteção contra qualquer discriminação que viole a presente Declaração e contra qualquer incitamento a tal discriminação.

( São 14 anos pagando os dois lados de honorários e nenhuma proteção ou igualdade de lei).

Artigo 16

1. Os homens e mulheres de maior idade, sem qualquer restrição de raça, nacionalidade ou religião, têm o direito de contrair matrimônio e fundar uma família.( Tenho diu forçado e não deixam eu casar e ter filhos).

Percebem que todos abusos ao corpo de Britney, à sua moral, psiquê, sentimentos, honra, todas violações são voltadas à manter as vontades do insano do pai, e parece que, para manter esse dinheiro para continuar pagando à todos envolventes!

Artigo 29

3. Esses direitos e liberdades não podem, em hipótese alguma, ser exercidos contrariamente aos objetivos e princípios das Nações Unidas.

Se não revogarem a sua tutela agora, o advogado Samuel...deve recorrer as cortes internacionais, à ONU, porque isso é muito sério! Chega! E mais, ao meu parecer jurídico, O Estado deve ser condenado à pagar indenização à britney Spears, por maus tratos, escravidão, lesões corporais e mentais sofridas com essa tutela demandada pelo próprio judiciário!

Por último, caso a tutela inconstitucional não seja retirada de imediato mediante todas as Leis Supremas destacadas acima ao caso, Britney pode pedir asilo, mudança de país de moradia, para revogar e pedir para outro a jurisdição de outro país intervir.

Essa tutela não tem fundamento algum: se é para proteger a sanidade mental de Britney, qual é a melhora disso? Se ela faz trabalho forçado!

Se é para proteger o patrimônio pouco que lhe resta, qual é o fundamento do judiciário em gastar o dinheiro dela para pagar em milhões de dólares esses processos???

Quer dizer, esse dinheiro todo gasto dela com honorários e advogados de todos, seriam uma bela aplicação bancária que ela poderia viver livre, apenas com um banco cuidando do seu dinheiro e aplicações, porque o que ela realmente pode gastar que são em torno de 20 mil dólares , seria o mesmo valor que ela recebe de aplicações sob seus 60 milhões de dólares, então pra que ela trabalha forçado, para o seu pai! Para sustentar a máquina do próprio judiciário! Sustentar gravadoras e contratos sujos e exploradores! Não tem argumento algum! A tutela não protege a fortuna dela! Não protege a saúde dela! Não protege a instituição familiar dela, e ainda age em violação constante dos piores artigos de Leis humanitários do Mundo!!!!

Não somos trouxas! A Britney está sim sendo escravizada não só pelo pai, mas pelo próprio país, pelo Tribunal que deve sim estar participando desse absurdo! Afinal, que juiz no mundo mantém uma escrvidão dessas??? Onde faz a tutelada gastar mais dinheiro ainda, deixando a drogada, doente, sem poder ao próprio corpo??? JUdiciário que admite uma mulher de figura pública ser constantemente violada pelos seus próprios direitos de personalidade, exclusivos, intransferíveis, irrevogáveis, Isto é um crime inadmissível na esfera global! E não há Lei que ampare nenhum desses argumentos do Tribunal nesses 14 anos!!!

Que juizes são esses que, diante dessa gravidade nem sequer pediu que a própria Britney fosse depor pessoalmente como ela pediu, para verificar o estado dela, a voz dela, as olheiras dela, a cara de dela de doente, que é visível!!!!

Dr. Samuel D. Ingham III, faça todos esses pedidos que mencionem, leve às autoridades internacionais, pois a Britney Spears não será mais uma grande celebridade que o próprio governo americano, e a justiça americana e meia dúzia de empresários ordinários destruírão e matarão ela !!!

Essa minha tese de defesa fica aqui (já pela quinta vez) registrada, à todos os Estados Unidos da América, ao FBI, a Tribunal de Los Angeles, juiza Brenda Penny, a todos juízes desta corte de Los Angeles, ao Presidente Joe Biden, a ONU, aos Direitos Humanos, a Cortes internacionais, Interpol, a todos, que estou de prova, está em registro sobre todos os abusos inconstitucionais fundamentados acima, retire imediatamente a tutela que nunca houve proteção, deixem o dinheiro dela no Banco sob aplicação, economizem com gastos indevidos de judiciário, e ela viverá como ela queira, trabalhando como quiser, e, somente o judiciário, esse Tribunal decidirá em casos dela querer grandes movimentações financeiras! Com pedido de liminar de distanciamento de seu pai, retirando ele da casa de Britney!!!! Isso é o certo! E ela seguindo com tratamento psiquiátrico de sua própria escolha e confiança, afinal ela tem apenas um transtorno bipolar, mais nada!!! Por conta de toda a problemática do ex marido, Kevin, que nunca a apoiou, largou ela, e ainda fez a pior coisa do mundo que se faz com uma mãe, afastá-la de seus próprios filhos!!!! Por isso qualquer mulher que ama seus filhos, surtaria!!!

Então meus caros, debaixo dessa tutela inescrupulosa, existem muitos interesses financeiros dos juízes e do pai de Britney, financiados pela desculpa de uma tutela sem fundamento em Lei !!!!!

Revoguem já essa insanidade !!!!

E observem, que, não é a Britney que tem que provar que está apta a cuidar de si, isso é conversa furada, distorção do Tribunal, pois não foi apresentados nenhum, nenhum argumentos forte o suficiente para tamanho absurdo de tutela, nem receitas médicas de 3 médicos diferentes de cada país, nem exames de sangue de mais de 3 laboratórios de diversos países, nem depoimentos de seus próprios filhos que já respondem por si, nem rol de testemunhas, nada!!!! Apenas um laudo colocado de surpresa pelo próprio pai, que todos possuem provas que, o mesmo não possui conduta lícita com sua filha, e por conta disso foi aceita essa tutela. É bem estranho nè? Até quando ela mesma vai financiar essa cambada de vagabundos !!! Achacadores!!! O ônus da prova agora é do Tribunal! Sempre foi!!!!
